Single storey with south facing garden and lawn.

Sitting room.
11 ft by 16 ft. Stone wall inset  with oak window seat. Sofa and armchairs, dining table and chairs, colour TV with DVD.

Kitchen
Separated from the sitting room by elm partition. Fully equipped including microwave.

Bedroom 1
Twin pine beds ( can be put together) with pocket sprung mattresses. Chest of drawers and corner hanging wardrobe.

Bedroom 2
Single pine bed and pine bunk bed. Chest of drawers and corner wardrobe with curtain.

Shower room
Shower, hand basin, and WC. Airing cupboard with immersion heater.

General
Well equipped for five people. Includes vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Laundry room on site. Electricity by £1 meter.  Duvets and pillows on beds, bathroom mats and tea towels supplied.
