EASTER HOLIDAYS, CHRISTMAS , NEW YEAR & SPRING HALF TERM WEEK AT HIGH
SEASON PRICES , FEBRUARY & OCTOBER HALF TERMS AT MID SEASON PRICES

WEEKENDS during low season for  groups up to 28 persons (min. 15) @ £42.50 per head for 2 nights. 
BOOKINGS MUST INCLUDE A COMPLETED BOOKING FORM, A 25% DEPOSIT & A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT.

LINEN £7.50 per person (left on beds).
BALANCE PAYABLE 30 days prior to arrival.  (Please note: we respectfully advise  guests to take out cancelation insurance as no refund can be given should guests cancel their bookings for any reason).
CHEQUES PAYABLE to Mr & Mrs Luxmoore.
Please note our CHANGE OVER DAY is on FRIDAY
CHECK IN at 4.30 pm CHECK OUT by 10 am please (later check out by arrangement for weekend bookings).
EXTRA CHARGES: Dogs £15. Travel cot £5. High Chair £5. Returned items will be charged at £10 + postage 
A REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT  is required. Please note, we do not charge for the odd broken glass or plate. The deposit will be returned the week following your stay.

Regretably, we do not accept STAG,HEN or similar parties.

Terms and Conditions

The client agrees:
* to provide their own linen for all beds used. To pay for any cleaning undertaken due to beds being used without linen.
* to pay for any losses or damage to the property
* to take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy condition at departure and pay for any extra cleaning charges.
* to permit the owners and their agents reasonable access to the property
* not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property description (unless by prior agreement).
* not to smoke in any property.
* to be respectful of other clients staying at Westcott Farm.

Liability: The owners, Mr & Mrs Luxmoore, shall not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, accident, injury or inconvenience whether to person or property which the client or any other person may suffer or sustain arising out of or in respect of any letting.
Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse any booking and in exceptional circumstances, to cancel, modify or alter arrangements made for the client.
