Totally self contained and situated on the highest elevation of the farm with extensive views across the farm and open countryside. Ideally suited to the larger group holidays or two or three families holidaying together.

Large open plan area with exposed beams and alcoves. Comfortable sofas and armchairs, colour TV and video (library available) . Patio doors. Large well equipped kitchen with dining table seating 16. Cooker, fridge/freezer, separate freezer, microwave,( laundry room on site). Dishwasher.

Ground Floor Bedrooms.
1. Double queen size pocket sprung bed. Basin and vanity unit, wardrobe, drawer and bedside cabinets.
2. Bunk beds (3 ft) with an additional single pine bed. Bathroom: Spacious room with bath/ electric shower , WC, basin and towel rack.

First Floor Bedrooms.
3. Single bed and bunk bed, chest of drawers and bedside table.
4. Large bedroom with queen size bed, single bed, bedside cabinets, wardrobe, chest of drawers and en suite bath room.
5. Bunk beds and single bed.
6. Twin single pocket sprung divan beds and dressing table. Bathroom.

General.
Well equipped for 16 people. Vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board. Electricity by £1 meter. (Economy 7). Duvets and pillows on beds. Bathroom mats and tea towels provided.
