Totally self contained, situated on an elevated position with views across the countryside. Ideally suited to  the  larger family or for two families wishing to holiday together.

Sitting / dining room and kitchen.
Extensive open plan area with exposed beams and door out on to south facing patio. Large dining table seating 12, sofas , armchairs, colour TV, DVD/VCR, radio/ cassette / cd,  piano.Well equipped kitchen including chest freezer and microwave. Dishwasher. Log burning stove.

Ground floor.
Bedroom 4. Pine bunk bed (3ft) and single  bed with chest of drawers and chairs. Shower room with WC and basin.

First floor.
Bedroom 1. Queen sized pocket sprung bed, temporary bed, wardrobe and drawer unit.
Bedroom 2. 3 single beds (two can become double if required). Chest of drawers and hand basin.
Bedroom 3. Pine bunk beds with additional pine single bed. Chest of drawers.
Bathroom. Spacious room with bath, WC and hand basin.
Separate WC.

General.
Well equipped for 12 people. Vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Laundry room and video library available. Electricity by £1 meter (Economy 7) All other electricity payable at cost on departure. Logs @ £5 per basket. Duvets and pillows on bed. Bathroom mats and tea towels supplied.
