Honiton Market: Lovely market town with interesting shops and cafes. Weekly market.

Local village pubs: Drew Arms in the picturesque village of Broadhembury- very good fish. The Keepers cottage, popular and nearby. The Holt at Honiton is owned by local Brewery Otters and is worth a visit if spending some time in town.
