Imo & Justin  Luxmoore run Westcott Farm with help from their three young children.

The farm has  roots going back many centuries. In 1201 Cistercian monks came up into the Blackdown Hills to build Dunkeswell Abbey and Westcott Farm formed part of the Abbey's estate.  During more troubled times, under persecution, priests found refuge  at Westcott Farm in a priesthole which can still be seen today.

Many centuries later people are still coming to Westcott to find some refuge away from the busyness of everyday life. We do  hope you'll come  and experience something of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty that so inspired the monks over eight hundred years ago.
